Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy •. Event must be booked at least 30 days in advance. •. Cancellations: Refund available up to 14 days before the event (minus a 20% booking fee). •. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or event. •. Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. Rescheduling: • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in that session being forfeited or a rescheduling fee of $25 (if applicable). Waiving of forfeited session or rescheduling fee is up to the discretion of service provider and/or Glo’Unplugged LLC. Late Arrivals: • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival, and full payment is required. Cancellation Policy Single Sessions: • Cancellations made more than 48 hours’ before session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or Cancellations made 48 hours or less before session will be charged the full session fee. Packages and Programs: •. Cancellations before the first session are eligible for a full refund, minus any setup fees. •. For cancellations after starting a program, refunds for unused sessions will be calculated by deducting the cost of completed sessions and the setup fee from the total paid. •. No refunds will be provided after completing the second session of a program. Speaking Engagements: •. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a refund, minus a 20% booking fee. •. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: •. If a service or event is fully booked, you may join the waitlist at no cost. •. Waitlist entries will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if a spot becomes available. Notification: • Waitlist notifications will be sent via email or text and must be confirmed within 24 hours to secure the spot. Payment for Waitlist Spots: • Payment for the available spot must be made immediately upon confirmation to reserve your booking.
