Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy •. Event must be booked at least 30 days in advance. • Cancellations: Refund available up to 14 days before the event (minus a 20% booking fee). • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or event. • Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. • Rescheduling: • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in that session being forfeited or a rescheduling fee of $25 (if applicable). • Late Arrivals: • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival, and full payment is required. Cancellation Policy • Single Sessions: • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged the full session fee. • Packages and Programs: • Cancellations before the first session are eligible for a full refund, minus any setup fees. • For cancellations after starting a program, refunds for unused sessions will be calculated by deducting the cost of completed sessions and the setup fee from the total paid. • No refunds will be provided after completing the second session of a program. • Speaking Engagements: • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a refund, minus a 20% booking fee. • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Waitlist Policy • Joining the Waitlist: • If a service or event is fully booked, you may join the waitlist at no cost. • Waitlist entries will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if a spot becomes available. • Notification: • Waitlist notifications will be sent via email or text and must be confirmed within 24 hours to secure the spot. • Payment for Waitlist Spots: • Payment for the available spot must be made immediately upon confirmation to reserve your booking.
